THINGS TO KNOW FOR THE CRAFTER’S EXPO

You apply with details of your business. You’ll receive a response with stall charges and booking terms. If you consent to them, you can proceed with payment and book your stall. To better curate our event and to uplift the work we are trying to promote, not all applicants may be approved.

The Crafter’s Guild events primarily cater to home based ventures pursuing craft / art / design / creating as a business.
If you acquire items from vendors or markets / import to resell, you will qualify as a commercial partner.If you are a production based entity making your own crafts with a team and studio set up or store front, you will also qualify as a commercial seller. This helps us keep fair pricing for home based vendors, versus larger entities.
Application approval will be based on the quality of work and type of products we hope to see at the event. Brands per category will be limited.

Yes! This year we are welcoming food stalls and commercial eateries! The catch, live cooking with grilling, barbecue, and the works!

No, entry is free to family and friends of our craft community!

Charges vary based on stall type and category of business. Please apply for booking details for clarity.

We don’t have stall sharing in our policy due to the nature of marketing / promotions on our platform.

We do not have a refund / transfer policy for bookings.

Once your booking is confirmed via payment and form, we’ll loop you and all participants with updates regarding marketing, promotions, as well as some steps you can take to build your presence. This is done once bookings are completed so participants are collectively updated.
