Young Creatives, we want YOU!

How does this work?

All the little artists / young entrepreneurs heads up!

1. We are welcoming 10 creative startups / ventures by young people aged 16 and under.

2. You can apply with your parent's consent

3. We will shortlist the finalists 2nd February.

4. Young entrepreneurs shortlisted will get to attend our workshop for participants, and will receive space to showcase their work / products at the upcoming craft fair along with a certificate for their milestone

Selection is based on merit, effort put toward the venture, and potential to grow.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Stall sharing is not permitted / allowed.

  • All young entrepreneurs are to respect fellow creatives. No plagiarized items are permitted.

  • The Crafter's Guild does not permit any form of infringement or breach of copyrights.

  • The Workshop attendance is MANDATORY. Scheduled for 3rd February at Lincolns Corner

  • Set Up information for event day will be conveyed before the event

  • Young Creatives selected for the showcase will receive 2x2.5 feet of space in the gallery assigned for creative ventures by children under the age of 17 and a chair. The items on display MUST only be adequate for the space allocated.

  • This is only to encourage young creatives and does not require any monetary payment for selection / registration.

  • Last day to 1st January. Shortlisted candidates will be announced on the website 2nd August.

  • Parent consent is necessary, and we require parents to be involved in the registration / introductory process. Please ensure you have your parent’s permission / You are committed to facilitating your child’s creative ventures.

  • This platform is not for parents who make / create and sell items under their child’s name.

  • Children who have applied for Young Creatives segments at The Crafter’s Guild in the last 6 months are not eligible to apply for this cycle.

  • Parents must submit the application if the children are unable to. Parents will be involved in the Young Creatives process for preparations, marketing on social media, and of course workshop engagement.

  • Parents may NOT stand at stalls on the day of the event.
